GSync Tool - C Drive Full

If you experience the following problem below whilst using the Gsync Tool to export mailboxes to PSTs.


Steps already completed.

  • Deleted all mail profiles from Mail settings within Control Panel
  • Deleted all Outlook Data files within Outlook / Outlook Files folder
  • Run full Drive / OS Cleanup on C Drive

 Follow these simple steps to free additional spare on you C Drive. 

  • Browse the following location: C:\Users\migration\AppData\Local\Google\Google Apps Sync
  • Delete all the files within this folder, excluding the Tracking folder.
  • Empty Recycle Bin.

You will now see that you will have up to 50GB free space on your C Drive.
