Office 365: Fix for "Your organization does not allow external forwarding"

MS Changed default Anti-spam settings which now blocks external email forwarding for organisations using Office 365.|
1. Log in to Office.com as administrator and head to https://protection.office.com/antispam
2. Click Create an outbound policy
3. Give the policy a name and description, scroll down and set the following settings (all others left as default):
Note that this can be applied to groups (firstname.lastname@example.org, for example), individual users or users under specific domains:
4. Save the policy and ensure it is enabled.
