Add Other Email Accounts to MS Outlook 2003

In Outlook, goto Tools> Accounts.


  1. Under "Email", select View or change existing email accounts, and click Next.

  2. In the Email Accounts window, select Microsoft Exchange Server, and then click Change. Click More Settings... .

  3. In the Microsoft Exchange Server window that appears, click the Advanced tab.

  4. Under "Mailboxes", click Add... .

  5. In the Add Mailbox window that appears, under "Add Mailbox:", enter the name of the Exchange mailbox (e.g., mediation), and click OK.

  6. Click Apply, and then OK.

  7. In the Email Accounts window, click Next, and then Finish.
