Unable to Download iPad Apps on KPSN Network - "Waiting" Error

KPSN are experiencing this very problem at a number of Schools on our network and have been working extensively to investigate and attempt to resolve. The issue is that a "Waiting" Error Occurs when downloading Apps.


On one of the affected iPad Devices, you can try performing a hard reboot (by holding down the power and home buttons until the device restarts and the apple symbol appears again)?

We have seen that in some cases this has kicked the apps into installing. Also, reseting the network settings in the reset menu sometimes works - but beware, you will need to re-enter your wireless key.
