Upgrade Engange MIS Software - Wellesley House

1. Please log into the Double First Support Portal. (Details in KeyPass)
https://support.doublefirst.com

2. Navigate the Downloads section and download the following upgrade files to Server MIS01.
- Core Service Upgrader
- Engage Upgrader
- Portal Upgrader

Engage App Server Upgrader

3. Install the files in the following order (following the on-screen prompts)
Core Installation -> Engage -> Portal

4. One all elements Core -> Engage -> Portal have been upgraded, phone the school to test ensure the Engage Portal is back online, and working correctly.

NB: If in double follow the attached user guide or contact Double First on 019354035403010 or submit a request through the Support Portal.
