Setup RM Easymail on iPhone or iPad Apple Device

How can I setup my iphone or iPad on RM Easymail?


Below is how to configure your iPhone to work on easymail:

  1. On the iPhone home screen, click the settings icon and then click Mail, Contacts, Calendars/
  2. Click Add Account
  3. Click Add Mail Account
  4. Please insert:
    - Your Name
    - Your email Address
    - Your Password 
  5.  Now select "IMAP" and insert the following details:
    - Host Name -
    - User Name - Your email address 
    - Password - enter your password 
    - SMTP -
    - User Name - Your email address 
    - Password - enter your password 
  6. Click Next.
  7. You account should then be verified and the setup is complete.

    *Note: When you receive the 'Cannot Connect Using SSL' prompt, click YES.
    **Note: If you are using Kent County Council Broadband (KPSN) an additional SMTP Server has to be added for easymail to fuction in schools.

    Additional KPSN Settings for iphone / ipad (for sending email in school)
  8. Goto settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  9. Click on the email account in question
  10. Advanced > Mail  OR Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
  11. Click SMTP
  12. Click  Add Server

    Set the secondary server to use KPSN
  13. Server Name:
  14. SSL required: No
  15. Port: 25
  16. SMTP Authenication: No
  17. Username: N/A
  18. Password: N/A

If you have any problems connecting to RM Servers, ask your Technician to reset your password within RM EASYMAIL ADMIN.
